Abreal (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1991 with the main focus of managing commercial and retail properties developed by the Abland Property Development Company. Properties were initially developed and sold to investors or managed in house by Abland, though the need for specialization in this unique environment was realised, hence the creation of Abreal.
Proving to be functioning on a successful business model, Abreal convinced the majority of its clients to consolidate their properties under the Pivotal Fund where Abreal provides strategic property, advisory and financial management services.
Through its close partnerships, strong interpersonal relationships with clients and enthusiastic youthful character, Abreal has surpassed the bonds of bureaucracy and is set to expand its operation even further in the property management industry.
